1. What is the purpose of our Privacy policy?

Eunomart, which operates the site www.eunomart.com, attaches great importance to the protection and the confidentiality of your personal data, which are for us a mark of seriousness and trust.

Accordingly, our Personal Data Privacy policy is the precise expression of our wish to ensure that the rules applicable to the protection of personal data are complied with within Eunomart and, more particularly, those of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

In particular, our Privacy policy aims to inform you of how and why we process your personal data in the context of the services we provide to you.

2. Who is our Privacy policy intended for?

Our Privacy policy is intended for you, wherever you are domiciled, provided that you are at least 15 years old, whether you are a client, a candidate for a position within Eunomart, or a visitor to the site www.eunomart.com.

If you are below the legal age set out above, you are not authorised to use our services without the prior and explicit consent of one of your parents or of the holder of parental authority, which must be sent to us by email to dataprotection@eunomart.com.

If you believe that we hold personal data concerning your children without having consented to it, we invite you to contact us at the dedicated address set out above.

3. Why do we process your personal data and on what basis?

We process your personal data essentially for the following reasons

  • to browse our website and our Blog, to benefit from our services (advice on implementing AML/CFT obligations, i.e. anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing) and so that we can answer your requests, in particular through our customer service (e.g. requests for information, contact form, complaints, etc.), on the basis of our general terms of use and of our legitimate interest in providing you with the best possible service.
  • to record the conversations we have with you during our commercial prospecting calls, on the basis of your prior consent.
  • to keep you informed of our latest offers and events by email, by reason of our legitimate interest in retaining our clients and in prospecting for new potential clients.
  • to follow us and comment on our publications on social networks, on the basis of our legitimate interest in having a dedicated page on social networks.
  • to benefit from our online advertising campaigns, on the basis of our legitimate interest in promoting our service.
  • to use our instant messaging service (chatbot), on the basis of our legitimate interest in exchanging easily with you.
  • to receive our newsletter, which informs you of all the news concerning our services, on the basis of your consent.
  • to apply for a position within Eunomart, on the basis of the discussions we have with you during the recruitment process and of our legitimate interest in recruiting and selecting candidates.
  • to operate the videos on our site, on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering you content in video format.
  • to book an appointment with our teams, on the basis of our legitimate interest in offering you a way of easily booking an appointment with us.

4. How did we obtain your personal data?

Your data are collected directly from you as soon as you are a client of our services or a “simple” visitor to our site www.eunomart.com, and we undertake to process your data only for the reasons described above.

It is also possible that your personal data are processed indirectly in the context of trade fairs or social networks (e.g. Linkedin).

Conversely, as soon as you voluntarily publish content on the pages we operate on social networks, you acknowledge that you are entirely responsible for any personal information you may transmit, whatever the nature and the origin of the information provided.

5. What personal data do we process and for how long?

We have summarised below the categories of personal data as well as their respective retention periods:

  • Professional identification data (e.g. surname, first name, position, company, etc.) and contact details (e.g. professional email address and telephone number, etc.), retained for the entire duration of the provision of the service, to which are added the statutory limitation periods, which are generally 5 years.
  • Where there is an overlap between the name of your structure and your personal name (e.g. sole trader, very small business, etc.), economic and financial data (e.g. bank account number, verification code, etc.), retained for the time needed for the transaction and for the management of invoicing and payments, to which are added the statutory limitation periods, which are generally 5 to 10 years.
  • Email address in the context of our email commercial prospecting campaigns, retained for a maximum period of 3 years from the last contact we had with you.
  • Telephone number in the context of our telephone commercial prospecting campaigns, retained for a maximum period of 3 years from the last contact we had with you.
  • Email address for receiving our newsletter, retained until the end of your newsletter subscription.
  • Data set out in the CV and the covering letter, retained for the duration of the recruitment process and then for 2 years from your application.
  • Statistical data relating to the viewing of our videos, which are anonymised and retained indefinitely.
  • Connection data (e.g. logs, IP address, etc.), retained for a period of 1 year.

Once the applicable retention periods have expired, the deletion of your personal data is irreversible and we will no longer be able to communicate them to you after that time. At most, we may only retain anonymous data for statistical purposes.

Please also note that in the event of litigation, we are under an obligation to retain all the personal data concerning you for the entire duration of the handling of the file, even after the expiry of the retention periods described above.

6. What rights do you have to control the use of your personal data?

The applicable data protection regulations grant you specific rights that you may exercise, at any time and free of charge, in order to control the use we make of your data.

  • Right of access to and of copy of your personal data, provided that this request does not conflict with business secrecy, confidentiality, or the secrecy of correspondence.
  • Right of rectification of personal data that are inaccurate, out of date or incomplete.
  • Right to object to the processing of your personal data carried out for commercial prospecting purposes.
  • Right to request the erasure (“right to be forgotten”) of your personal data that are not essential to the proper functioning of our services.
  • Right to the restriction of your personal data, which makes it possible to freeze the use of your data in the event of a dispute over the lawfulness of a processing operation.
  • Right to the portability of your data, which allows you to retrieve part of your personal data in order to store them or to transmit them easily from one information system to another.
  • Right to give instructions on the fate of your data in the event of death, either directly, or through a trusted third party or an entitled person.

For a request to be taken into account, it is imperative that it be made directly by you to the address dataprotection@eunomart.com. Any request that is not made in this way cannot be handled.

Requests cannot come from anyone other than you. We may therefore ask you to provide proof of identity in the event of doubt as to the identity of the applicant.

We will answer your request as quickly as possible, within a maximum period of three months from its receipt where the request is technically complex or where we receive a large number of requests at the same time.

Please note that we may always refuse to answer any excessive or unfounded request, in particular in view of its repetitive nature.

7. Who may have access to your personal data?

Your personal data are processed by our teams and by our technical service providers, for the sole purpose of operating our service.

We specify that we check all our technical service providers before engaging them in order to make sure that they scrupulously comply with the rules applicable to the protection of personal data.

To best guarantee the protection and the integrity of your data, we have officially appointed an independent Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) with our supervisory authority.

You may at any time and free of charge contact our DPO at the address dataprotection@eunomart.com in order to obtain more information or details on the way we process your data.
